    Now living in the mystical city of Istanbul—a city where the old meets the new, where every corner whispers tales of history and enchantment and where Katerina found her biggest love and soulmate —she continues to paint, inspired by the rich culture that surrounds her. A true artist at heart, the author finds beauty not just in her work, but in everyday moments, especially in her cozy home, shared with her beloved cat, Bacchus. Much like his namesake, Bacchus is full of charm and personality, and their bond fuels her love for the whimsical, the magical, and the mythical. Bacchus is also a very strict Quality Assurance Officer.

Nature plays a starring role in Katerina's life, too. Her mornings are often spent on her sun-kissed balcony, where a beautiful array of flowers bloom in vivid, cheerful colors.
